Workcel is cloud ERP software made by Trickcel in Khulna. It exists because the software available to a Bangladeshi SME was usually one of two bad options: a foreign system that assumed a business it had never seen, or a single-purpose POS that stopped at the counter.

Why we built it
Walk into most growing shops, distributors, or restaurants here and you find the same thing: a POS at the counter, a stock register in the back, a purchase file on someone's laptop, and an attendance book by the door. Four records of one business, none of which agree.
The gap was never a lack of software. It was that nothing joined the counter to the stockroom to the supplier to the people, in taka, at a price a local SME could justify.
How we build
Workcel is modular on purpose. A shop that needs a register and stock control should not be forced to adopt purchasing, HR, and an online store to get started—those switch on when the business genuinely needs them.
We would rather ship a smaller number of things that hold up under a busy Friday than a long feature list that impresses in a demo and collapses in service.
Who it is for
Retail shops running one counter or several, wholesalers and distributors moving stock through godowns, restaurants and cafés working two rushes a day, and brands selling online and offline from the same shelf.
If your business is genuinely large and complex enough to need a dedicated ERP implementation team, we will tell you so rather than sell you something that does not fit.

What we hold ourselves to
Each person sees their own work
Role-based permissions mean a cashier gets a register, a buyer gets purchasing, and cost prices stay hidden unless you deliberately grant them.
Your company stays separate
Every company works in its own protected workspace. Two-factor sign-in sends a one-time code by SMS through your own gateway and sender ID.
Honest about the edges
We would rather lose a sale than oversell a capability. What Workcel does not do is written down below, not buried in a contract.
What Workcel does not do
Every vendor should publish this list. Here is ours, as of today.
- Payroll — we hold employees, attendance, extra hours, and leave, and you can export attendance, but salary calculation happens elsewhere.
- VAT return filing with the NBR — submitting returns is not something Workcel does for you.
- Offline POS — the register is cloud software and needs a working connection at the counter.
- Full accounting ledgers — purchasing, sales, bills, payments, and collections are tracked, but Workcel is not a replacement for your accountant's books.
