- Do we need Sales if we already have POS?
- If you only ring up walk-in customers at a counter, POS may be enough. If you confirm larger orders, ship from a warehouse, invoice later, or collect baaki, Sales is the module for that flow.
- What if we can only ship part of an order?
- Deliveries record what actually shipped against the order, so a partial delivery stays visible and the rest remains outstanding rather than assumed complete.
- Can we track baaki and COD?
- Yes. Sales order views include collection and COD baaki so outstanding amounts stay visible in BDT instead of a side notebook.
- Does Sales reduce the same stock POS uses?
- Yes. Deliveries draw from the stock location you ship from—the same inventory picture your POS stations and warehouse transfers use.
- Is there a sales report?
