FAQ
Questions about pricing
- Are prices in BDT?
- Yes. Workcel packages are priced in Bangladeshi taka, and every amount inside the product—sales, stock value, bills, collections—is in BDT.
- Can we pay monthly or yearly?
- Billing options depend on the package. Monthly, yearly, and lifetime options are shown on each plan where they are available, and yearly billing is cheaper than paying month to month.
- Do we pay for modules we do not use?
- The point of a modular system is that you should not. Tell us how you operate and we will recommend the modules that fit, and leave off the ones that would just be clutter for your team.
- What counts as a user?
- A user is someone who signs in to Workcel. Packages list a maximum number of users. Staff who only clock in on the attendance kiosk use a PIN and do not need a login of their own.
- What if no package fits us?
- Then take the custom plan. Multi-company setups, unusual module combinations, or businesses that need a tailored storefront are better priced against the real requirement than squeezed into a standard tier.
- Is setup included, or extra?
- Onboarding is planned with your business as part of getting you live. How much work that is depends on how many outlets, products, and existing records need to come across—so we scope it with you before you commit.
- Can we see it before we pay?
- Yes. Request a demo and we will walk through Workcel against your actual workflow—your products, your outlets, your team structure—rather than a generic sample company.
