We have four shops across Dhaka. Can Workcel handle that?

Yes. All outlets share one product catalog while stock is tracked per location. Each register is bound to the outlet it sells from, and transfers move goods from your warehouse to each shop.

Do you come to our office in Dhaka?

Workcel is built by Trickcel, based in Khulna. Demos and onboarding for Dhaka businesses are arranged online or on a visit, depending on what your setup needs. Request free demo and we will agree the format with you.

Is there a version for Dhaka restaurants?

Yes. The restaurant add-on turns the same POS into a floor plan with open tickets, a kitchen and bar chef board, split checks, and table performance-useful for the Dhanmondi and Banani rush.

What happens if the internet drops at one outlet?

Workcel is cloud software and needs a working connection at the counter. Most Dhaka outlets keep a mobile connection as backup. Tell us your setup during the demo and we will be straight about whether it fits.

ERP software for Dhaka businesses

Dhaka businesses rarely run from one address. A shop in Uttara, another in Dhanmondi, a warehouse in Tejgaon, and an online page selling from all three. Workcel puts those counters, that stock, and the people running them into one cloud ERP in BDT-so the owner does not have to be in the traffic to know what happened today.

Roles for a bigger team

Dhaka operations run more staff. Cashiers, buyers, warehouse hands, and managers each get only their screens, and cost prices stay hidden unless you grant them.

Grows with the next branch

Adding a fifth outlet is a new location and a new station, not a new system to buy and reconcile against the old one.

How Dhaka businesses actually run

Outlets spread across the city

A Dhaka retailer often runs three or four counters in areas that are an hour apart in traffic. Workcel keeps one product catalog across all of them, with stock held per outlet, so nobody has to phone Mirpur to ask whether a size is available.

A warehouse feeding the shops

Bulk stock usually sits in Tejgaon, Kamrangirchar, or a Savar godown while the selling happens elsewhere. Purchase receipts land in the warehouse, transfers push stock out to outlets, and what is in transit stays visible on the way.

Restaurants working two rushes a day

Dhanmondi and Banani kitchens run a lunch and a dinner rush. The restaurant add-on gives a live floor plan, tickets that stay open while food is cooking, and a chef board-on the same register that handles takeaway.

Online and offline selling the same piece

Plenty of Dhaka brands sell from a website and a physical shop at once. One catalog and one stock picture means the website cannot promise a piece the Gulshan counter just sold.
