Reporting module

A dashboard that shows the whole business in BDT

Workcel’s owner dashboard brings sales, purchasing, stock, POS, HR, and ecommerce into one dated view in BDT. The tile data already runs from your live operations—the home screen that merges those tiles is joining the product so owners open one place instead of five spreadsheets.

আজকের বিক্রি, স্টক, বাকি—এক নজরে।

See today’s sales, stock, cash, and baaki without calling every outlet.

One home feed, module tiles

The home dashboard combines sales, purchase, inventory, POS, HR, and ecommerce into one response for your company and date range. Each tile only appears if that module is enabled and your role can see it.

Built from live operations

Tiles read the same sales orders, bills, stock levels, register sessions, attendance, and online orders your team already uses—not a separate reporting database.

Permissioned by design

Inventory value and margin stay behind cost rights. A cashier can work a shift without seeing company-wide profitability on the owner dashboard.

What the home dashboard shows

  1. 01

    Sales and collections

Revenue over time, top orders, top customers and products, quotation aging, and a collection snapshot—including outstanding baaki and COD still to collect in BDT.

  2. 02

    Purchases and stock

Purchase spend, posted bills, amount still due, bill aging, and top vendors—plus inventory on-hand, reserved, available quantity, value by location, top products, and lots nearing expiry.

  3. 03

    POS counters

Gross and net sales, refunds, discounts, sales by tender and by station, and drawer totals: opening cash, expected versus counted, variance, and open or closed sessions.

  4. 04

    People and online channel

HR headcount, joiners and leavers, attendance summary, and overtime by department. Ecommerce adds online net sales, order count, top products, and guest cart conversion for the storefront channel.

Purchase tile

Posted bill total, amount due, open order value, bill aging, spend over time, and top vendors—so supplier money is as visible as customer money.

On-hand, reserved, and available quantity, inventory value when permitted, stock by location, top products, and expiring lots.

POS tile

Net sales, order count, tenders, station breakdown, and cash drawer expected-versus-counted for the period—useful when you manage more than one counter.

HR and ecommerce tiles

Headcount, attendance, overtime by department, and departures—plus online gross/net sales, average order value, top products, and cart conversion.

FAQ

Questions about reporting

Is the owner dashboard part of Workcel?
Yes. The home dashboard merges sales, purchase, inventory, POS, HR, and ecommerce tiles for your date range. That tile data already comes from live operations; the consolidated home screen is being merged into the product. Module-level reports—Sales Analysis, stock KPIs, POS session reports, leave reports, ecommerce dashboards—are available alongside it.
What does the home dashboard show?
Tiles for the modules you run: sales revenue and baaki collections, purchase bills and amount due, stock on hand and value, POS net sales and cash drawer variance, HR headcount and attendance, and ecommerce online sales with cart conversion. Empty tiles stay hidden when a module is off or your role cannot see it.
Will I see outstanding baaki on the dashboard?
Yes. The sales tile includes a collection snapshot with outstanding total and COD outstanding—so baaki is a dashboard number, not a notebook chase.
Can staff see sales without seeing stock value?
Yes. Each tile respects permissions. Inventory value and margin stay behind cost rights, so the owner dashboard does not leak numbers floor staff should not see.
Can we use reports before opening the home dashboard?
Yes. Sales Analysis and collection views, the inventory stock dashboard, POS session cash and sales report PDFs, ecommerce channel dashboards, and HR leave or attendance reports are available in their modules. The home dashboard brings those tiles together in one screen.
