Turf
Turf booking software for Bangladesh grounds
Workcel Bookings runs the desk calendar for turf and futsal grounds, cricket nets, and multi-sport complexes. Staff book free slots with peak prices and advances, run weekly teams, and take quote requests from a public page. Turn on the Turf add-on when you need sports per area and revenue by sport.

The desk works one calendar
One column per pitch, one row per time step. Free slots show price; bookings show customer, status, and what is still due. Drag to move. Filter by resource when the evening fills up.
Weekly teams without spreadsheet weeks
Repeat the same evening for up to the weeks in Booking settings. Taken or closed weeks are skipped. Each week keeps its own payments and check-in.
Public page feeds the Requests list
Visitors ask for tonight, tomorrow, or Friday, or register interest in a weekly slot. Nothing holds the pitch until staff confirm a quote and optionally take an advance.
Turf add-on when sports matter
Set Football, Cricket, Futsal, or another sport on each area. Filter the calendar by sport once you have two or more, and read revenue and occupancy by sport in reports.
Ground flow
How a turf night actually runs
- 01
Set pitches and prices
Add turf areas with slot length or set lengths (60 and 90 minutes), opening hours, and peak evening prices. Late close past midnight stays on the opening day.
- 02
Book the call or walk-in
Open the calendar, click a free slot, find or add the customer by phone, take a bKash or cash advance, and save. Hold a slot briefly when they need time to confirm.
- 03
Move, block, or cancel
Drag a booking to another free time or pitch. Block maintenance so nobody books over it. Cancel with a reason and refund the advance if you choose.
- 04
Check in at the gate
Open the booking near start, check the team in, collect the balance, and mark a no-show if they never arrive. Occupancy reports ignore blocked time as open.
Built for turf
Everything that keeps daily operations moving
Peak prices and set lengths
Busy weekdays and hours get their own rate. Offer 60 and 90 minute lengths on the same pitch with separate peak prices.
Weekly team bookings
Same evening every week, with taken weeks skipped and each week paid separately. Cancel upcoming weeks in one step without touching past nights.
Advances, refunds, and holds
Cash, bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or other, with a transaction reference. Holds free themselves if no advance arrives in time.
Public quote page
Name, phone, address, facts, and terms live in Booking settings. Visitors send requests; staff confirm to book.
Sports with the Turf add-on
One sport per area, calendar filter by sport, and by-sport revenue and occupancy. Bookings still runs if the add-on is off.
FAQ
Questions about turf
- Is Workcel built for turf and futsal grounds in Bangladesh?
- Yes. Bookings is the slot calendar; the Turf add-on adds sports per area. Amounts are in BDT, and a demo follows how your desk books nights and collects advances.
- Can two staff book the same slot by mistake?
- No. The system refuses a second booking on a taken slot, even when two people click at the same moment.
- Can we book a team for the same evening every week?
- Yes. Turn on Repeat weekly for up to the weeks set in Booking settings (26 by default). Weeks that are already taken, blocked, or closed are skipped, and you see which ones.
- Do website requests hold the pitch?
- No. Requests appear under Requests and do not hold the pitch. Staff confirm a quote to book the slot, and can take an advance at the same time. If the slot was taken already, the request stays open.
- Can one turf be used for football and cricket?
- Not on one area in this version: each area has one sport. Create two areas if the same ground is booked for both.
