    Set up your locations

    Create the warehouses, outlets, and shelves you actually use. Bind each POS station to the location it sells from so the register and the stockroom agree.

    Receive what you bought

    Goods arrive against a purchase receipt into the location you choose. Record lot numbers on the way in when you track batches.

    Move and sell

    Transfer stock from warehouse to outlet, validate or cancel the transfer, and let POS and sales deliveries draw down the right location as items go out the door.

    Count and correct

Questions about inventory

Can we track stock in more than one place?
Yes. Stock is tracked by location—warehouses, outlets, and shelves. Transfers move quantity between them and you can see what is currently in transit.
Does the POS reduce stock from the right outlet?
Yes. Each POS station is bound to a stock location, so a sale at one shop draws from that shop's quantity rather than a company-wide pool.
Do you support lot or batch numbers?
Yes. Stock lots can be recorded for products where batch tracking matters, so you can trace which consignment a unit came from.
How do we fix stock when the shelf disagrees?
Run a stock count, enter the counted quantity, and apply it. Applying a count and adjusting inventory are separate permissions, so corrections stay with the people you trust.
Can staff see stock without seeing cost price?
Yes. Viewing inventory and viewing cost are different permissions. Inventory value and cost figures stay hidden unless a role is explicitly granted them.
