Restaurant · POS add-on
Restaurant is an add-on on Workcel POS—not a separate system. Seat guests on a live floor plan, keep the ticket open while the kitchen cooks, run a chef board for kitchen or bar, split checks, and settle in BDT on the same register that handles takeaway.
টেবিল থেকে কিচেন—এক টিকিটে।
Keep every table and ticket moving without shouting across the pass.

Same register, dining mode
Enable the restaurant add-on on a tenant that already has POS. Floor, kitchen, and counter share one ticket—no second app at rush hour.
Kitchen sees what the floor ordered
Prep tickets appear on the chef board when a draft order is created. Cook and Ready stay with kitchen; Completed follows payment.
Tables that tell the truth
Occupancy comes from real order assignments. Move a ticket, split a check, or run takeaway from the same menu.
Service flow
Pick a free table on the floor plan and start a POS draft order assigned to it. Counter stations stay for takeaway and never take a table assignment.
Kitchen and bar see prep tickets for the open order. Staff toggle Cook and Ready; the ticket completes when the check is paid or cancelled.
Add items, move the order to another table, or split the check when a group wants separate bills—without rewriting the night on paper.
Take payment, print the receipt, and free the table automatically. Stock still draws from the station's bound location.
Inside restaurant
Square, circle, and counter layouts with occupancy driven by assigned orders—not a static drawing.
The POS order stays draft while guests eat, so kitchen and floor share one living ticket.
Kitchen and bar boards for prep tickets, with Cook and Ready under kitchen control.
Move an order between tables or split payment when the party does not want one bill.
The same menu serves dining tables and walk-up takeaway from a counter station.
Restaurant routes only work when POS and the restaurant add-on are both enabled for the company—by design, not as a second product.
